Lets try to get some questions answered for you.
What does my child need for T-ball?
You will need to provide closed toe shoes and a baseball glove. Shorts or pants work fine. Typically, a team shirt will be provided. Your child doesn't need cleats for t-ball, but they are welcome to wear them. Please no metal cleats. Your coach will have bats, balls and helmets. (feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
When will I hear from the coach?
After signups are over with, we will form the teams. This is a process that takes some time. Once this is done, we will get the player lists to the coaches. The coaches then will start reaching out to the players. The timing differs for each coach based on how busy they are.
Do I need to be present for T-ball?
Yes, we ask that a parent or guardian stay with the T-ball players. We encourage parents to help the coaches either with on the field support or helping on the bench. Ask your coach, they would LOVE the help! This is a huge benefit for all.
How long are games?
Games differ in length. it really depends on the number of players and the speed at which it isplayed.
