With so much work that had been done, we really wanted to get the soccer teams on the property if we could. Unfortunately, we were FAR from completing the location for the soccer fields on the left side of the driveway (South). We took the measuring tape out and found that we could squeeze a soccer field in between the two baseball/softball fields. You can tell from the view from above that we have very little grass to start with there, but we thought, you can't hurt it any more than it already is! Well, it was a dusty year for those kids! As they ran, you could see little clouds of dust forming from the pulverized dirt from all of the traffic. What an amazing feeling it was to see kids enjoying the fields like the vision we have all had for so many years. To see the cars all packing the tiny parking lot made our day!
Thank you to the coaches for putting up with the field. We are working hard to get the new fields ready for the 2026 fall season!
