The goal of the park is to have a safe place for our youth to be able to play sports. Safe is the key word. We realize that with our end goal of having a concession stand and playground up here, children shouldn't need to worry about traffic. We decided to go a little nostalgic and rebuild the old Martins Motorcross roadway at the north of the property. This roadway will allow visitors to drive up and park in the soon to be built upper parking lot for the upper baseball games. We have closed the middle driveway and will put up a gate there to make that more permanent. We will use that driveway to park food trucks and other vendors during events. We think this will be amazing! We can't thank our Town of Moira Highway Department enough for the work they are doing for us there. We told them the vision and they are making it come true!
